Refund & Digital Download Policy

Free printables

Free downloads do not involve a purchase and therefore do not have a monetary refund. If a free file is damaged or incomplete, contact support after the monitored support address is published.

Physical books

Books purchased through Amazon or another third-party retailer are subject to that retailer's payment, shipping, return, exchange, and refund policies.

Non-waivable consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

Paid digital products

Because paid PDFs are delivered digitally, completed downloads are generally final once access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where the file is defective, materially different from the listing, or cannot be accessed because of a technical problem on our side. If you are charged but do not receive working access, contact us with the order reference so we can restore access or review the charge.
